Harmony Hour: A Mindful Yoga & Meditation Experience | Drop- In

Please join us for this unique yoga and meditation series with YTT-200hr Certified Yoga Teacher, Stef Bourke.
This harmonizing one-hour meditation and yoga class is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit. These sessions blend foundational yoga postures with mindful meditation techniques, creating a peaceful flow to enhance our inner awareness.
Class Breakdown:
Introduction & Grounding (10 minutes): Begin by settling onto your mat with deep, conscious breathing. A short guided meditation sets the tone, helping you release stress and transition into a calm state.
Yoga Flow (30 minutes): Move through a series of poses, focusing on flexibility, balance, and strength. Expect a combination of flowing movements (like Sun Salutations) and longer-held postures to deepen relaxation and awareness.
Breath & Meditation (15 minutes): Engage in focused breathing exercises to clear the mind and energize the body. Then, enter a serene meditation, where you’ll be guided through visualization, energy awareness, or meditative coaching.
Closing Relaxation (5 minutes): Conclude with Savasana, a quiet, restful pose that allows your body to absorb the benefits of the practice. Soft music or affirmations help you transition back to your day feeling refreshed and centered.
This class is perfect for students of all levels, offering modifications and support throughout. Whether you seek stress relief, improved flexibility, or a moment of peace in your busy day, this experience will leave you feeling balanced and restored.
