July Studio Classes & Events
Every month we offer numerous opportunities for self-care in our busy and friendly studio. Clients can connect with others and make friends, move regularly in any of our yoga programs, rest deeply in sound baths or breathwork sessions, learn new self-care tools and techniques in our workshops, and so much more! Regular self-care helps keep our cup full, helping us remain resilient, healthy, and happy. Join us!
July Yoga Series
Summer is a great time to begin a new yoga practice or continue building on yours. If you want to give a series a try first, no problem. Just give us a call to book a drop-in spot (online booking is not available for drop-ins into ongoing series). About Our Studio
At We Thrive, we understand that people heal more deeply when they feel not alone in what they struggle with, and when they feel seen, heard and understood. We offer regular opportunities for our clients to connect with others and form friendships to support them along their healing journey.
Our centre includes a 600 square foot studio and event space, that has hosted over 2,500 events and classes. We feel our studio is the heartbeat of our centre. It is here that our clients gather regularly, laughing and learning together. Explore our popular yoga programming, sound bath events, meditation and mindfulness classes, wellness workshops, self-care retreats and art/creativity programming.
