
Settle Into Fall with Slow, Mindful Movement
As the days grow shorter and the pace of life quickens, Settle Into Fall offers a space to return to yourself, through breath, movement, and presence. This 9-week Monday evening slow flow yoga series begins after Thanksgiving and carries you through the heart of the fall season with steady, grounding practice.
Each class features a gentle, mindful flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner awareness while releasing tension and restoring balance. It’s an ideal after-work ritual to clear your head, calm your nervous system, and ease into your evening with intention.
Whether you’re looking to stay grounded during a busy season or simply reconnect with your body and breath, this series is open to all levels, including beginners.

Carrie Schaefer
Carrie’s soothing voice and relaxed energy guide clients into a state of inner calm, helping them tap into their inner wisdom. As a RYT 200 Yoga Instructor, she specializes in slow flow, restorative, and yin classes, encouraging deep self-connection and positive change through personal exploration.
